The role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Supply Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the operational procurement activities required to maintain and scale Nebius Data Center operations globally. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of services and operational supplies required before, during, and after data center deployments.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing expertise in procurement, supplier management, and data center operations within a fast-growing technology company.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support procurement activities for Data Center operations across multiple business regions.
- Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of operational services, equipment, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Data Center Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to support business requirements.
- Manage supplier communications and help maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support contract administration, purchase order processing, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate invoice validation and payment follow-up activities with Finance and suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, processes, and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to continuous process improvements.
We expect you to have:
- 1+ year of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, purchasing, vendor management, or IT operations.
- Understanding of procurement workflows, contract management, and invoice processing.
- Experience working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Professional proficiency in English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting Data Center, IT infrastructure, cloud, or technology-related operations.
- Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of supplier management and operational purchasing processes in an international environment.
