AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. AWS is looking for self-driven, well organized professional to aid with the inventory and fiscal processes related to our Data Center Operations in Korea. We are looking for someone to liaise with our suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Center public and confidential information and communication
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Align with financial and inventory management teams
• Respond to queries from internal and external Customers
• Document, update and publish new processes
• Gather data, generate, publish and present metrics in variety of areas
• Support inventory and fiscal processes related to Data Center Operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of logistics operations experience
• Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control functions and reverse logistics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly autonomous and detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and wide range of computer applications such as Ticket, Wiki or Salesforce
• Ability to self-educate and achieve goals without external support
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced complex environment

Preferred

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
