Data Collaboration Program Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Collaboration Program Manager to join our dynamic audience intelligence team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing the GTM for our data collaboration program and driving client adoption and excitement for our innovative audience signals and targeting solutions. This person will lead a small team to support data collaboration executions with clients, driving insightful measurement frameworks for advanced audience tests.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem including identity and data clean rooms, a passion for audiences, data insights, personalization and measurement, and owning a growing data-driven program.
This is an exciting, highly crossfunctional and innovative role interfacing with clients, sellers, partners, analytics, operations and product teams.
What You’ll Do

Redefine the Data Collaboration GTM for Uber Advertising and own all training materials and documentation

Lead a global team of 2+ client-facing analytics leads to work with key enterprise clients on cleanroom collaborations

Lead trainings with all key sales regions and train relevant internal teams across measurement and operations

Join client calls with top enterprise brands to explain the value of Uber’s data collaboration offering and to better understand their objectives

Create clear case studies that articulate the value and benefit of our data collaboration solutions

Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies

Prepare and deliver regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, risks, and blockers

Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Uber’s premier audience products and high-quality surfaces to both internal and external audiences
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technical program management role or a data-focused product marketing role
- Knowledge of audience targeting, identity solutions, data cleanrooms, closed loop solutions and measurement frameworks
- Proven track record of building and scaling a program from inception through to full-scale adoption
- Deep understanding of Identity solutions (LiveRamp, Epsilon, Experian, etc) and Data Cleanrooms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc)
- Sales/GTM experience in the Ads space working on data-driven products
- Passion for audience advertising, data storytelling, consumer insights and data segmentation
- A Left and Right brain thinker capable of bridging the gap between complex technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$150,000 per year - USD$167,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
