Data Collection Project - Empty Web Forms- MacBook Mandatory

We are looking for contributors to support a data collection project in different countries. The task involves collecting publicly available empty web forms from official or organizational websites across various sectors.
Project Details:
The client's tool only works on MacBook running macOS 15.4 Sequoia or a later version. MacBook is mandatory. Using the Safari tool on a MacBook, capture empty web forms that contain the following fields:

• High Priority: Passport numbers, Social Security Numbers (SSN), vehicle data (VIN, registration, NAIC, loan/lease docs), insurance details (policy/member/payer ID, claims forms), driver’s license & related documents, banking forms (account, wire/ACH, loan), and credit card data (applications, transactions, bookings).
• Medium Priority: Work-related info (employee IDs, resumes, tax docs), DOB fields, personal data (financial, medical, login, contact details, demographics), and current date fields (any format).

Note: Only capture empty forms displaying these fields.

Locales:

• English (South Africa), Norwegian (Norway), Arabic (UAE), Arabic (Egypt), Thai (Thailand), Malay (Malaysia), Hebrew (Israel), Finnish (Finland), Polish (Poland)

• German-CH (Only Switzerland based), Italian-CH (Only Switzerland based), Spanish-MX (Only Mexico based)

• Traditional Chinese (Only Hong Kong based)

• Simplified and Traditional Chinese (Only US/UK/Canada based) , French-CA (Only Canada based), Korean(Only US based), Indonesian (Only US based)

Compensation: Per form rate or Hourly rate based on the submitted approved forms.
Requirements:

• Strong online research skill and attention to detail
• Familiarity with local institutions, official websites
• Have the required tool - MacBook

No fixed schedule or minimum hours required - earnings depend entirely on approved submissions. Payments are issued only for assets that pass quality review. Payment method is PayPal: please make sure to update your profile with your PayPal info.
