We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Controller to oversee resident information and operational records in our dormitory.
In this role, you’ll ensure that all data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations — helping our team deliver a safe and well-managed living environment.
Your Key Contributions
- Update and maintain resident databases with precision.
- Generate timely occupancy, compliance, and operational reports.
- Safeguard sensitive information in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
What You’ll Need
- Prior experience in administrative, data management, or record-keeping roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or database software.
- Awareness of PDPA or willingness to learn.
