Job Title: Data Controller – Dormitory Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Controller to oversee resident information and operational records in our dormitory.

In this role, you’ll ensure that all data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations — helping our team deliver a safe and well-managed living environment.

Your Key Contributions

  • Update and maintain resident databases with precision.
  • Generate timely occupancy, compliance, and operational reports.
  • Safeguard sensitive information in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth workflows.

What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in administrative, data management, or record-keeping roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or database software.
  • Awareness of PDPA or willingness to learn.
