Data Entry Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The role involves accurate data input, record keeping, and assisting with general office operations.

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and database
  • Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors
  • Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry
  • Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records
  • Generate basic reports when required
  • Assist with administrative tasks (emails, printing, scanning, etc.)
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
