Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining product update logs, release notes, and change documentation.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather accurate information on updates.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, and documentation for product updates.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Update product knowledge bases, help center articles, and other user\-facing documentation.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor user feedback channels to identify trends post\-release.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure stakeholders (marketing, support, sales, etc.) are informed about new releases and changes. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with organizing product update meetings, demos, or webinars.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • High attention to detail and organization.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Interest in product development and lifecycle.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a cross\-functional team environment.
