Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Billing Rebate Management: Compare property address data across multiple spreadsheets and system of record to identify and log matches for billing rebate purposes.
  • Portal Management: Log in to National Account customer portals to monitor and track technician service activity.
  • Work Order Oversight: Identify service work orders that have not been completed by technicians and flag them for follow-up.
  • Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors to ensure all work orders are completed and ready for billing.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a relevant data entry role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and comparing large data sets.
  • Experience navigating customer portals or similar digital service platforms.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies independently.
  • Strong communication skills to relay updates to supervisors.
  • Proactively identifies gaps in data or process.
  • Ability to pivot between technical data tasks and administrative reporting.
  • Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
  • Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
