Data Integration Expert

About the role

As a Data Integration Expert, your responsibility will be to design and develop integration solutions between the future MDM Tool and related 3rd party systems.

In detail:

Participate in the selection of the appropriate integration approach for a given system

Contribute to a detailed workplan creation for integrating the MDM Tool with relevant 3rd party systems

Plan and develop certain integration solutions by working closely together with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, System Experts and Data Engineers

Consult with the representatives of the relevant related projects’ experts in terms of integration tasks, to facilitate detailed design and development activities

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Apache NiFi)

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)

Familiarity with webservices, REST APIs, microservices, and data streaming (e.g., Kafka)

Strong SQL and data modelling skills

Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to balance technical depth and business understanding

3-5+ years in data integration / data engineering

Proven track record of participating in similar integration project teams/activities

Experience in global enterprise environments
