Data Operations Analyst
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to start a career working with data? As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of NIQ's databases. Through product coding, data validation, and categorization activities, you will help ensure our data remains reliable, consistent, and up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with information, solving problems, and learning new processes in a collaborative international environment.
The position focuses on data operations, product coding, database maintenance, and data quality activities. Based on your intake notes, this clarification should be communicated early in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Reference data management and high-level categorization to ensure database quality.
- Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data-, process-, or product-related queries.
- Plan and execute a complex daily workload while supporting departmental and company schedules.
- Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding and data input validation environments (Consumer Information Platform).
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams, driving compliance with standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with relevant Operations and Enablement teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Operate effectively in a virtual and multicultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- High level of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Perfect command of the Latvian language.
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
- Must know Excel techniques, such as: Pivot Tables, Data Analysis/Interpretation, etc.
