Job Title: Data Privacy Operations Specialist \u2013 PDPL Compliance<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Location: Onsite \u2013 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Experience Required: Min 5+ years in Data Privacy Operations | 10+ years overall professional experience Duration: 6\u20139 months project (extendable) <\/span>

Start Date: Immediate (post client onboarding) <\/span>

Key Responsibilities: <\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Lead and support implementation of PDPL and NDMO requirements across business functions. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Conduct RoPA, PIAs for Processes and Systems, and oversee Consent & Cookie Management operations. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Manage Data Sharing Agreements, Third\-Party Privacy Risk Assessments, and Breach Response workflows. <\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        • Collaborate with stakeholders on process documentation, integration of privacy controls, and operational rollout. <\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          • Support BI teams in developing PDPL dashboards using Informatica, Power BI, and related tools. <\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Assist in the design and delivery of training and awareness programs across user groups. <\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              • Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, and delivery of bilingual documentation (Arabic/English). <\/span><\/span>

                Requirements<\/h3>

                <\/div>
                • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia\u2019s PDPL and global privacy regulations. <\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Hands\-on experience with RoPA, PIAs, Consent Management, and data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Securiti.ai).<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Strong ability to work with cross\-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business stakeholders.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Prior experience delivering in high\-governance environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred)<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.<\/span>
