Your Role: Data Protection Consultant<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leading engagements across privacy governance, compliance readiness, and risk management.
<\/span><\/div>
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Design, implement, and oversee<\/span> <\/span><\/span>privacy and data protection programs tailored to client needs.<\/span>
    <\/div><\/li>
  • Evaluate clients\u2019 privacy and security controls, identifying gaps and building actionable roadmaps.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Lead privacy gap assessments,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>PIAs,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>RoPA,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>DPIAs, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>audits across diverse sectors.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Provide strategic guidance on regulations including<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GDPR,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>CCPA,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>DPDP Act, and emerging global laws.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Develop and review privacy policies, training materials, and compliance documentation.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Drive implementation of<\/span> <\/span><\/span>ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, and other global frameworks.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Support incident response planning, breach notification, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Data Subject Rights processes.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Conduct<\/span> <\/span><\/span>internal audits, risk assessments, and ISMS documentation in alignment with certification requirements.<\/span>
    <\/div><\/li>
  • Conduct end\-to\-end third\-party risk assessments<\/span>\u200b<\/span>
    <\/div><\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional client teams to deliver<\/span> <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end privacy solutions.
    <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GRC strategy,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>policy development, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>audit readiness.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 2+ years of hands\-on experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/div><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with privacy and compliance tools such as OneTrust, Securiti.ai<\/b>, and similar platforms for data mapping, consent management, and assessments.
      <\/div><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>GDPR, CCPA, and others.
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Solid grasp of<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>ISO 27001, 27701, NIST,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>and related standards.
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks, Privacy Tools (e.g., Securiti.ai)
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Experience in<\/span><\/span> AI P<\/span><\/span><\/span>rivacy Assessments, compliance projects, ISMS implementation, and client communication.
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Certifications such as IAPP Certifications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, ISO LA/LI (preferred).
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client\-facing confidence, and analytical thinking.
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
