    • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing evidence. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Compile lists of errors and gaps in documentation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Track and report work weekly, highlighting basic patterns and\n recurring issues. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
          2. Document\nManagement <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Administer large volumes of documents efficiently and\n accurately. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Scan, upload, download, and print documents as needed. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Apply consistent naming and filing conventions for both paper\-based\n and electronic records. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Maintain an auditable record of all franchisee value chain\n activities to ensure full compliance. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate\n uploads to SmartLink. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain missing documents or\n information. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Escalate recurring issues and contribute to collective\n problem\-solving around documentation and data workflows. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
