KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Responsible for investment report generating as required by regulators, clients, managements, etc. on required timeline.
• Responsible for developing new reports to support new business activity.
• Manage day-to-day processing of programing script writing, verification, testing to ensure quality data collection and inputs.
• Provide and validate data to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy based on project specific guidelines.
• Maintain the database to ensure that data is well organized and correct, together with co-operating with IT department.
• Work with team to properly design database and effective data workflow that provide maximum efficiency operations
• Support and improve the correctness and capability of other business units on operation process.
• Others assigned by head of and senior leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Financial, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2-3 years experience in data management in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
• Strong expertise in data management, mapping, and validation for financial operations.
• Skilled in programming and automation using Python, VBA, and SQL for data processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analytics tools.
