Forecasting Management & Integration

Pipeline Orchestration: Design and maintain automated data pipelines using integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between platforms and the Forecasting environment. Model Productionalization: retrain and deploy traders' Short Term Forecasting (STPF) model on demand on an ongoing basis. Monitor model performance through key metrics (e.g., MAPE, RMSE) and implements enhancements to improve forecast accuracy and reliability. Document forecasting methodologies, model assumptions, and version histories to support transparency and reproducibility.

Customer Analytics

Extract/Transformation: Utilize Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools to process, cleanse, and transform complex customer energy consumption data during the integration process. Actionable Insights: Develop advanced analytical models to identify trends and anomalies, translating raw pipe data into high-level business intelligence. Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor both data accuracy and integration health.

Special Projects:

Big Data Exploration: utilize diverse data sources to enhance profiling and forecasting for both commercial and residential buildings and other customer profiles. Scalable Modeling: Assist in developing data models that support energy-related analyses while ensuring the architecture is future-proof and scalable.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics or Data Science or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office(Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Workspace (GDocs, GSheets, GSlides). Experience with Python and machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn. Experience with Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Talend and Snowflake, iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft or Workato is a plus. Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and independently completing critical tasks, with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences. High level of personal integrity, dependability, and initiative.
