Data Specialist

• Develop and maintain analytical queries and materialized views in ClickHouse Cloud
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards connected to ClickHouse, SAP Business One, Retail Pro, and other enterprise sources
• Support our AWS data lake (S3, Apache Iceberg, medallion pattern) with Bronze→Silver→Gold transformation workflows using AWS Glue
• Write Python and JavaScript scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation
• Collaborate with Data and Integration Leads to maintain data quality and governance
• Help build executive-requested reports (inventory coverage, store profitability, and more)
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies
• Document data models, transformation logic, and reporting specs

• Strong SQL skills — experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/OLAP databases is a plus
• Power BI experience: dashboards, DAX measures, data modeling, scheduled refresh
• Working knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy) for data manipulation and scripting
• Familiarity with JavaScript / Node.js for lightweight utilities or integration connectors
• Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda) is a plus
• 1–3 years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI roles
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Effective communication in English and Spanish
