Dealer Network Financing Specialist

Your responsibilities as a Dealer Network Financing Specialist

  • Cooperating with employees and dealers of the recognized automotive brands.
  • Monitoring the level of receivables and liabilities of clients towards captive financial institution.
  • Verifying dealer and direct customer portfolios to minimize credit risk and identify discrepancies.
  • Collecting and completing legal and financial documentation.
  • Analyzing data and managing customer data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Recommending invoicing levels.
  • Monitoring and verifying collateral.
  • Verifying stock audits.
  • Active participation in month-end closing activities.
  • High level of Polish (C1) and very good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2), with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
  • Good work organization and independence.
  • Teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Degree in economics, finance, or analytics.
  • Ability to create reports.
  • Experience working with reports or financial documentation.
  • Knowledge of SAP system.
