Dealer

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Dealer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, expertise in trading platforms like MT4/MT5, and risk management experience.

Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, nights, and overnights, is required.


Key Functions:

  • Monitoring markets
  • Providing reports to the head of brokerage
  • Implementing the hedging strategies defined by management
  • Performing market analysis and hedge cost analysis
  • Executing clients’ transactions according to their instructions
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments and monitoring trends for all instruments
  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms
  • Performing competitive analysis
  • Profiling and assessing clients and risks daily

Competencies and Required Background:

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working as a Dealer.
  • Well-developed trading skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, nights, and overnights.
  • A strong understanding of best execution policies and procedures.
  • Able to handle operation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills when reporting to management.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure.
  • Analysis and reasoning capability.
  • Display a teamwork spirit.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Problem solving and strong communication skills are necessary
  • Passion for the industry and keeping up to date with recent trends and changes.
