Debt Collector / Loan Advisor | Clementi | Basic up to $2,800 + Comm

A well-established finance company is seeking a customer-oriented Debt Collector / Loan Advisor to support customer loan enquiries, repayment arrangements, and account management activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Explain loan products, application requirements, and repayment terms
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and installment plans
• Promote loan renewals and related financial services
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, loans, banking, finance, telesales, or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling both advisory and collection-related duties
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 7:30pm
• Saturday: 11:00am – 3:30pm
• Sunday Off

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,800
• Commission Scheme (after 3 months)
• Transport Allowance: $50 (upon confirmation)
• Attendance Incentive: $100 (upon confirmation)
• Variable Bonus
• Annual Leave: 7–10 days
• Average Monthly Gross: $3,000+
