We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• Improve the consistency and professional quality of our internal Power BI reporting suite.
• Hands-on exposure to real business intelligence tooling and the opportunity to learn how data is communicated across the organization.
• Coordinate activities for successful RFC creation through proactive communication with the developers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Power BI Desktop, Data Visualization, Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred skill(s): Understanding of DAX / Power Query, Design Fundamentals
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 3 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Hi, my name is Jayakartini and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2010, when I took a role as Application Support Analyst in the Express Sols Finance team. Gaining more hands-on experience with process improvement has always fascinated me, so I moved to the First Choice team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder. In 2022 I moved into DeC Solutions and hold the role of Senior Consultant role. In 2025, I moved to a management role, being Head of Sub Domain Global BI & AI Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Data Analytics. Looking forward to having you onboard!
