Your Impact on Our Story:

As a Degreed Electro-Mechanical Technician:

  • Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance
  • Partner with maintenance teams and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems that support our manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies with precision and expertise
  • Work with three-phase power and various control voltages to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Utilize all shop tools, testing, and measuring equipment required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Champion safe operations by following all OSHA and company safety rules and procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications for Electro-Mechanical Technician:

  • Technical Education: Degree or certification in electro-mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or related field
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies
  • Electrical Knowledge: Knowledge of three-phase power and various control voltages
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to use all shop tools, testing, and measuring equipment required for electro-mechanical systems
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Programming Knowledge: Experience with programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems
