Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily operations by completing and submitting essential documentation, including dispatch records, petty cash reports, and cheque handling.
  • Support business continuity through timely delivery and collection of items and documents, maintaining accurate records of requests, recipients, and approvals.
  • Take ownership of assigned vehicles by maintaining their cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness, and proactively reporting any issues to ensure operational readiness.
  • Safeguard company products and materials by handling, loading, and transporting them with care, ensuring all items are properly secured to prevent damage.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment responsibly, adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a valid driving license and a strong driving record, upholding high standards of safety and accountability.
  • Build trust through professionalism and integrity when accessing company premises, including offices, residences, or secured locations.
  • Present a professional image that reflects the company’s standards while carrying out day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Contribute to logistics and operational efficiency by supporting product movement, relocations, long-haul deliveries, and external warehousing activities.


Requirements

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record
  • Proven ability to drive safely and responsibly under varying road and weather conditions.
  • Basic experience in delivery, logistics, or transport operations is preferred.
  • Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail in handling documentation and deliveries.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading items.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive deliveries and access restricted premises with professionalism.
  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support ad hoc operational requirements.
