Delivery Driver
As a Driver with Payzant, you are integral to our commitment to excellence in customer service and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient deliveries, maintaining our vehicles in top condition, and providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role requires diligence, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vehicle to delivery sites, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns to ensure the truck remains operationally ready for deliveries.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries, loading and unloading goods as required, and handling all products with care.
- Interact courteously with customers and team members, reflecting the company's standards in appearance and attitude.
- Complete all required documentation related to deliveries and customer interactions accurately and promptly.
- Provide exemplary service to all customers. addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our delivery services.
- Assist with inventory management by participating in unloading and loading merchandise for inventory replenishment.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams, ensuring efficient operation and accurate inventory handling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently but collaboratively.
- Great time management, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operation equipment.
