Delivery Lead

Purpose
The Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery and operational performance of Integrated Solutions projects and services across the business. The role provides leadership over project execution, technology deployment, maintenance operations, service excellence, commercial performance and stakeholder management to ensure projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.


Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Integrated Solutions projects and services from planning through execution, commissioning, handover, and operational support
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements, quality standards and customer expectations
  • Drive operational excellence across project delivery, maintenance services and managed service contracts


Business & Commercial Management

  • Own delivery performance including project margins, resource utilisation, productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and mitigate project and operational risks while ensuring strong governance and compliance
  • Support business development activities by providing delivery expertise during solution development, tender submissions and client presentations


Technology & Solution Delivery

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integrated technology solutions including:

- Security and surveillance systems

- Command and control platforms

- Access control systems

- Video analytics and AI-enabled solutions

- Robotics and autonomous technologies

- IoT and smart facility solutions

  • Ensure successful integration of multiple technologies and vendors into seamless client solutions


People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, technical specialists and operational personnel
  • Build a high-performance culture focuses on accountability, collaboration, innovation and customer success
  • Drive talent development and capability building with the delivery team

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the key interface with clients, consultants, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with strategic clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex operational and issues effectively


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in project delivery, operations, engineering, technology or integrated solutions environments
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing project delivery teams and operational functions
  • Proven track record in delivering large and complex technology, security, infrastructure, facilities management, or integrated solutions projects
