Position Summary:
Environmental Risk Data Platform (ERDP) is an Authorized Distribution Source (ADS) for Environmental Risk data at BAC. This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of ADS - deliverables which requires the engagement and facilitation of multiple teams and forums. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to Enterprise Data Standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and use of capacity. They facilitate governance routines and sync points across multiple organizations, may manage new system implementations related to ADS monitoring, and facilitate Agile routines for two development teams to enable delivery. A Delivery Lead is an individual contributor at the program level.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Plan and coordinate execution of ADS-related projects across multiple teams.
- Communicate objectives and ensure alignment to deliverables
- Manage dependencies and sequencing across cross-functional team
- Facilitate sync points and program-level coordination
- Monitor and facilitate improvements where needed related to delivery health (schedule, capacity, risk, quality)
- Ensure delivery meets expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Facilitate Agile Scrum and Kanban routines for 2 development teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management or delivery roles
- 2+ years facilitating Agile delivery
- 2+ years working with JIRA Horizon and Confluence Wiki
- Basic SQL skills; able to build and run basic SQL queries
- Experience managing complex initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering large-scale technology programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, PPRT, Remedy
- Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience with data, digital platforms, or distributed technologies
