Job Description
• Handle large software programs end to end, consulting, strategy, project execution, and business development • Build process frameworks for the organizations • Project Scoping, Estimation, Resource Planning, Scheduling & Quality Planning • Work closely with business development, customers’ business and engineering teams & internal engineering teams • Gathering Requirements & Analysis • Thought Leadership • Experience in Delivery and operations in Banking and Capital Markets • Excellent communication skills • Hands-on experience in managing client deliveries including client interaction, finalizing of SOWs and managing large size teams • A mix of advanced technology and strategic business acumen-both broad and deep technology and industry knowledge • Resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both expectation and crisis management • Understanding and experience in leading digital transformation for large size banks • Experience in planning and execution of large size, complex projects in BCM vertical • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to provide solutions • Team management and stakeholder management experience • Should have experience in managing/delivering using digital technologies • Experience working in Agile projects • Coordinate & communicate with business, operations, and Support teams. • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.Qualifications
