Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of all the projects in the organization
<\/div>
<\/div>
Responsible for Project management on Agile and SDLC\-based delivery methodologies
<\/div>
<\/div>
Responsible for successful project completion and team building.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Strong decision\-making and problem\-solving skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Have to manage large\-scale projects.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Be able to present the status, risks, issues, etc. of this roadmap to executive leadership.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Help keep the team on track and ensure that projects meet specific standards at each stage of the process.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay Deliverables Cybersecurity for allocated projects
<\/div>
<\/div>
Maximum utilization of the resources and upskilling them if required

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring coordination between all stakeholders and meeting the expectations

Qualifications
<\/div>
<\/div>
15+ years of proven experience in a project/Delivery management role.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Must have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Experience in managing team(s) following scaled\-Agile approaches such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile, Development (DAD), or other Agile, Scrum, or other iterative frameworks at\-scale
<\/div>
<\/div>
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Working knowledge of SDLC delivery
<\/div>
<\/div>
Excellent people and project management skills.
