<\/span><\/p><\/div>We are seeking an experienced Delivery / Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end\-to\-end data projects, coordinating cross\-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining <\/span><\/span>high quality<\/span><\/span> standards. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently drive project governance across business and technology teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>Manage and deliver <\/span><\/span><\/span>2\u20133 concurrent data projects<\/span><\/span><\/span> while ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Independently represent the Data Team in project governance meetings, status reviews, and leadership discussions involving senior and middle management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Track project deliverables, manage resource allocation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Drive timely issue resolution and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ensure <\/span><\/span>delivery<\/span><\/span> excellence through effective planning, execution, and reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Required Skills & Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>7\u201310 years of experience in Delivery Management or Project Management with a focus on <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data Engineering/Data Platform projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Proven experience managing multiple data projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Good understanding of <\/span><\/span><\/span>Databricks<\/span><\/span><\/span>, modern data platforms, and cloud\-based data engineering implementations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, project lifecycle management, and risk management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple workstreams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Preferred Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
