You will work closely with the Global Delivery Operations Head and the Delivery Operations leadership team (Process & Governance, Insights & Knowledge, Process Improvement) to support key initiatives like the Go‑Live checklist, Pre‑deal governance, and Delivery performance reporting.

Location: EMEA Region

What’s the opportunity?

Be the operational engine behind Delivery Operations.

You will help bridge the gap between strategy and execution by:

  • Keeping Delivery data, trackers, and checklists clean and current.

  • Producing regular reports and presentations that summarize progress and risks.

  • Supporting the execution of Delivery Ops projects with structured, reliable information.

  • This will allow senior leaders to focus on strategy while relying on you for day‑to‑day operational excellence.

    What will I be doing?

  • Maintain Delivery trackers and checklists

  • Keep Go‑Live checklist trackers and similar lists updated with accurate statuses, owners, and due dates across deals.

  • Update key information in operations views and tools (e.g., deal status, checklist completion, handover milestones) based on inputs from Delivery Solutions, Implementation, and other teams.

  • Flag missing or inconsistent data and follow up with the right owners.

  • Run data and documentation hygiene checks

  • Perform regular quality checks on key datasets and documentation (e.g., completeness of Go‑Live records, deal attributes required for Delivery, key fields in trackers).

  • Work with the Delivery Insights & Knowledge function to understand which fields and metrics matter, and ensure they are populated correctly.

  • Log and track data and documentation issues, helping drive them to resolution.

  • Operational support for Delivery Ops projects

  • Assist the Process & Governance, Insights & Knowledge, and Process Improvement leads with:

  • Creating and updating checklists, templates, and SOPs.

  • Collecting and organizing inputs for lessons‑learned, workshops, and working sessions.

  • Tracking actions and decisions and keeping project logs up to date.

  • Help coordinate small workstreams or follow‑ups (e.g., sending reminders, updating shared documents, capturing notes).

  • General Delivery Ops coordination

  • Maintain shared Delivery Ops folders and documentation so that information is easy to find and up to date.

  • Support the organization of key meetings (e.g., preparing agenda packs, pulling latest metrics, distributing notes and actions).

  • What skills do I need?

  • 2–4+ years in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B tech/fintech/SaaS environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in keeping data, trackers, and documents accurate and organized.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic BI/reporting tools (e.g., filtering, pivoting, charts, simple formulas).

  • Experience handling operational data from tools like CRM or ticketing/project systems (e.g., understanding fields, statuses, basic workflows).

  • Solid communication skills: able to write clear summaries, structure slides, and follow up with stakeholders to get missing information.

  • Organized, reliable, and proactive: able to manage multiple small tasks and requests, and to flag risks or delays early.

  • Curious about how processes work end‑to‑end, and willing to learn the details of Delivery, Solutions, and Implementation.
