Delivery Team Supervisor
Overview As a critical contributor to the LD&T Team, the Delivery Team Supervisor takes part in setting the agenda and executing the strategy of the Business Unit and holds responsibility for all network Delivery operations for their assigned team. The Delivery Supervisor will also enable their teams to achieve the Business Unit expectations in our People, Quality, Service and Cost Key Performance Measures. Ensuring service compliance to internal and external customers. Conducting regular Frontline 1w1 conversations and providing developmental feedback. Coaching, mentoring, training and development of teams and individuals. Maintaining accountability of employee schedules, shift coverage and payroll. Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and controls compliance. Contributing and presenting in Team Meetings. Applying the guidelines and expectations indicated in the Employee Manual. Maintain timely and effective communication across multiple departments: sales and supply chain. Create delivery optimization through continuous improvement in systems and process. Manage equipment and fleet requirements with proactive planning. Utilize and maintain delivery systems relating to routing and delivery processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2-3 years’ experience leading and developing others. Demonstrated people and leadership skills with a record of achieving positive business results. Ability to give/receive constructive feedback. Effective communications, coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills. Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment. Ability to work off-shifts, weekends and overtime. Demonstrated commitment to team development and a strong team player. Willingness to travel.
