Demand and Supply Planner (Manufacturing) - East

Responsibilities:

Drive demand forecasting accuracy through close collaboration with sales teams, market analysis, and forecasting reviews
Lead monthly demand planning and S&OP processes to align business needs, forecast updates, and operational planning.
Manage raw materials, direct materials, and merchandise planning to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including management of slow-moving, expiring, and obsolete stock through mitigation and write-off actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, sales, and factories to resolve supply issues and support fulfilment requirements.
Own material master data accuracy, SAP planning processes, and system-related planning support to maintain operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across demand and supply planning processes, inventory management, and business rules optimization.
