Job Description\:

You will join an inclusive team within the Air ERP organisation, reporting to the Air ERP Delivery Manager, that has responsibility and accountability for the management and governance of Business As Usual (BAU) and Transformational Project-related Change Requests.

As a Demand Change Manager, you will support the Solution Factory to ensure that change requirements are prioritised into the development backlog to support provision of change requests in a timely manner according to planned milestones.

Core duties\:

  • Management and governance of the AirERP Change Request Management Process
  • Support the AirERP Delivery Manager in reviewing the Change Request Management Process to ensure it is efficient and effective for current and future needs
  • Conduct regular cadence with Business Functions (including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Project Management) for demand capture; to understand the issues, enhancements and challenges from the stakeholders and what actions to address; communicate progress of ‘in-flight’ change requests to business stakeholders for transparency and expectations management
  • Contribute to Sprint Planning sessions, to support selection of prioritised scope for each release
  • Prepare and lead weekly Change Boards to review newly-submitted ECRs and outcomes of Impact Assessments and produce weekly Backlog status reporting to feed into the weekly senior management team meetings

Essential Skills\:

  • Good stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Atlassian JIRA work management tool; able to create Kanban/Agile boards
  • Significant experience in Software Project Management
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional teams either remotely or in-person
