Grower Forecast Management<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Consolidate and format crop forecast data from growers
<\/span><\/li>- Track and follow up on outstanding estimates
<\/span><\/li>- Distribute forecasts to internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Agronomy, Quality)
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Planning & Workbook Updates<\/b>
<\/div>- Maintain and update farm\-specific allocation and volume projection workbooks
<\/span><\/li>- Support Grower Controllers in updating sales plans within PPPO workbooks
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Packing Coordination<\/b>
<\/div>- Assist in executing packing instructions as directed by the Supply Chain team<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Opportunity Verification<\/b>
<\/div>- Ensure all sales opportunities align with packing instructions
<\/span><\/li>- Confirm accurate allocation of opportunities to growers
<\/span><\/li>- Communicate discrepancies to Supply Chain and Sales teams<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Supply Chain Coordination<\/b>
<\/div>- Monitor and manage the SupplyChainAmericas mailbox and communication channels
<\/span><\/li>- Support cross\-functional coordination across departments
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Vessel & Shipment Tracking<\/b>
<\/div>- Track containers daily and report updates
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain shipment tracking information in NetSuite (Gate In/Out, ATD, ATA)
<\/span><\/li>- Upload and communicate shipment updates via tracking system
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Reporting & Analysis<\/b>
<\/div>- Assist with data analysis and visualization (seasonal trends, demand vs. production)
<\/span><\/li>- Support reporting requirements for Logistics Manager and Supply Chain team<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>System Data Management<\/b>
<\/div>- Capture and maintain packing lists and relevant data in NetSuite
<\/span><\/li>- Provide administrative and operational support across supply chain processes<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Education & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
<\/span><\/li>- 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a similar planning/allocation role (preferably in fresh produce)
<\/span><\/li>- Spanish language proficiency (essential)
