<\/p>THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
<\/h2>
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager<\/b> to build and scale a predictable enterprise pipeline engine for our Agentic AI platforms.
<\/p>
This role owns multi\-channel campaign strategy, digital execution, performance optimization, and pipeline contribution across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
<\/p>
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive measurable revenue impact.

ROLE MISSION<\/b>

Build and optimize a scalable demand engine that consistently generates qualified enterprise pipeline aligned with ARR growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/h1>
1️\u20e3 Demand Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
<\/h2>- Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets aligned with revenue goals.
<\/li> - Define ICPs and segment enterprise audiences (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Security Leaders, etc.).
<\/li> - Build full\-funnel programs: Awareness → MQL → SQL → Pipeline.
<\/li> - Align demand initiatives across:
- ElixirData
<\/li> - NexaStack AI
<\/li> - XenonStack AI
<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
2️\u20e3 Multi\-Channel Campaign Execution
<\/h2>
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
<\/p>
- LinkedIn (paid & organic)
<\/li> - Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
<\/li> - Email marketing & automation
<\/li> - Webinars & roundtables
<\/li> - Field events
<\/li> - Account\-Based Marketing (ABM)
<\/li><\/ul>Ensure messaging consistency and channel synergy.
<\/p>
3️\u20e3 Performance Marketing & Optimization
<\/h2>- Track KPIs including:
- CTR
<\/li> - CPL
<\/li> - MQLs & SQLs
<\/li> - Pipeline contribution
<\/li> - Revenue attribution
<\/li> - ROI
<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Conduct structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and nurture flows.
<\/li> - Improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.
<\/li> - Build and maintain performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4).

4️\u20e3 Enterprise ABM & Sales Alignment
<\/h2>- Partner with Sales on account mapping and target lists.
<\/li> - Support SDR outbound efforts with campaign\-driven air cover.
<\/li> - Build repeatable ABM plays for strategic accounts.
<\/li> - Enable sales with messaging, assets, and campaign insights.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop:

- Whitepapers & research reports
<\/li> - Case studies
<\/li> - Landing pages
<\/li> - Email nurture sequences
<\/li> - Industry\-specific campaigns
<\/li><\/ul>Translate complex AI platforms into compelling enterprise messaging.

6️\u20e3 Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
<\/h2>- Design lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.
<\/li> - Build automated nurture journeys.
<\/li> - Improve MQL → SQL conversion.
<\/li> - Ensure clean CRM data hygiene.

<\/h2>- Monitor competitor campaigns and GTM trends.

- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
