THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager<\/b> to build and scale a predictable enterprise pipeline engine for our Agentic AI platforms.
<\/p>

This role owns multi\-channel campaign strategy, digital execution, performance optimization, and pipeline contribution across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
<\/p>

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive measurable revenue impact.

Build and optimize a scalable demand engine that consistently generates qualified enterprise pipeline aligned with ARR growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

1️\u20e3 Demand Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
<\/h2>
  • Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets aligned with revenue goals.
    <\/li>
  • Define ICPs and segment enterprise audiences (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Security Leaders, etc.).
    <\/li>
  • Build full\-funnel programs: Awareness → MQL → SQL → Pipeline.
    <\/li>
  • Align demand initiatives across:
    • ElixirData

    • NexaStack AI
      <\/li>
    • XenonStack AI

      2️\u20e3 Multi\-Channel Campaign Execution

      Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

      • LinkedIn (paid & organic)
        <\/li>
      • Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
        <\/li>
      • Email marketing & automation
        <\/li>
      • Webinars & roundtables
        <\/li>
      • Field events
        <\/li>
      • Account\-Based Marketing (ABM)

        Ensure messaging consistency and channel synergy.

        3️\u20e3 Performance Marketing & Optimization

        • Track KPIs including:
          • CTR

          • CPL
            <\/li>
          • MQLs & SQLs

          • Pipeline contribution

          • ROI

          • Conduct structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and nurture flows.

          • Improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost.

          • Build and maintain performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4).

            • Partner with Sales on account mapping and target lists.

            • Support SDR outbound efforts with campaign\-driven air cover.

            • Build repeatable ABM plays for strategic accounts.

            • Enable sales with messaging, assets, and campaign insights.

              Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop:

                • Design lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.

                • Build automated nurture journeys.

                • Improve MQL → SQL conversion.

                • Ensure clean CRM data hygiene.

                  • Monitor competitor campaigns and GTM trends.

                    • 3\u20136 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.

                    • Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline.

                    • Hands\-on experience with:
                      • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

                      • Google Ads

                      • HubSpot / Salesforce

                      • SEO tools (SEMrush / Ahrefs)

                      • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in campaign data.

                      • Experience managing full\-funnel campaigns in SaaS.
