We are seeking a <\/span>Demand Generation Specialist / Manager<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>5\u20138 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience<\/b> <\/span>to lead integrated demand generation campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and fuel business expansion. This role requires both <\/span>creativity and analytical rigor<\/b>, with a proven ability to build programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities. Campaigns & Programs<\/b> Understand the nuances of each market and develop <\/span>market\-specific content and digital marketing plans<\/b> <\/span>to build awareness, interest, and consideration. Plan and manage <\/span>integrated demand generation campaigns<\/b> <\/span>across multiple channels (email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.) to build pipeline. Lead and execute <\/span>Account\-Based Marketing (ABM)<\/b> <\/span>programs, focusing on strategy, messaging, and execution. Plan and organize <\/span>events and roundtables<\/b> <\/span>(virtual and in\-person) including third\-party partnerships, to generate high\-quality leads. Optimize campaigns to ensure <\/span>channel efficiency and ROI<\/b>. Identify and experiment with <\/span>new channels<\/b> <\/span>to expand pipeline opportunities. Content & Partnerships<\/b> Generate <\/span>thought leadership content<\/b> <\/span>including whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, blogs, and research reports. Build partnerships with <\/span>technology partners, research firms, and knowledge partners<\/b> <\/span>to launch joint marketing programs. Drive <\/span>branding initiatives<\/b> <\/span>through local PR and targeted publications. Monitor competitive intelligence and design <\/span>shadow marketing programs<\/b> <\/span>to stay ahead of the market. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management<\/b> Collaborate with <\/span>sales, product, and cross\-functional teams<\/b> <\/span>to align demand generation with go\-to\-market initiatives. Manage external vendors and agencies as required. Engage with <\/span>industry influencers and thought leaders<\/b> <\/span>to amplify XenonStack\u2019s presence in the AI ecosystem. 5\u20138 years<\/b> <\/span>of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record in <\/span>demand generation, growth, and pipeline building<\/b>. Strong experience with <\/span>ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and pipeline acceleration<\/b>. Hands\-on expertise with <\/span>marketing automation and CRM tools<\/b> <\/span>(HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Deep experience managing <\/span>LinkedIn campaigns, Google PPC/Analytics, SEO/SEM<\/b>. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and content. Highly <\/span>analytical mindset<\/b>, comfortable working with large data sets to identify patterns and optimize campaigns. Creativity + data\-driven discipline<\/b> <\/span>to balance innovative ideas with measurable business outcomes. MBA (Marketing/Strategy) from a <\/span>Tier I B\-School<\/b> <\/span>preferred.
