2. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Lead monthly S&OP meetings.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, PPC, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Convert business targets into demand plans.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Highlight demand\-supply gaps and recommend corrective actions.
<\/p>

3. Market Intelligence & Business Insights
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Track competitor activities and industry trends.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Monitor government policies, subsidies, and market developments.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Analyze demand drivers and customer buying behavior.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
<\/p>

4. Demand Review & Analytics
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Conduct weekly and monthly forecast reviews.\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Measure forecast bias and accuracy.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Analyze variances between forecast and actual sales.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Recommend actions to improve planning effectiveness.
<\/p>

5. New Product Demand Planning
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Forecast demand for new product launches.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Support inventory planning for product introductions.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate launch forecasts with Product Management and Marketing teams.

6. Inventory & Service Level Optimization

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Work with Inventory Planning and PPC teams.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Balance demand forecasts with inventory targets.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Ensure high product availability while reducing excess stock.

7. Cross\-Functional Coordination
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Communicate forecast changes proactively.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Ensure business alignment across departments.

Educational Qualification
<\/p>

<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Analytics preferred)Experience<\/span>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>6\u201312 years in Demand Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or
<\/p>

Forecasting.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Experience in consumer durables, electricals, solar, automotive, FMCG, electronics, or
<\/p>

manufacturing industries.
<\/p>

\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Experience with ERP, Demand Planning, and Business Intelligence tools.
