Key Responsibilities\:
• Consult international HR business functions on new requirements and develop innovative, value-adding solutions that work across multiple markets.
• Evaluate requirements with respect to technical feasibility, global governance standards, local regulatory considerations, and business case viability.
• Receive and accept demands from across regions/entities, validate whether they fall under globally agreed standards, and add qualified demands to the backlog.
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication across geographies, including alignment on testing scope and User Acceptance Testing with internationally distributed HR teams.
• Create roadmaps, budget assessments, and resource plans tailored to the international demand pipeline.
• Translate functional HR requirements, often expressed differently across markets, into clear and technically sound ServiceNow solutions.
• Proactively plan regular releases and ensure smooth operations across all served markets.
• Identify opportunities for reusable and configurable solutions that scale across countries instead of one-off market-specific customizations.

Required Skills and Experience\:
• Experience in portfolio management, demand management, or HR IT business analysis, preferably in a global or multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and workflow configuration.
• Proven project management capability with the ability to plan, drive, and close HR IT initiatives end-to-end, including scope, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow SPM.
• AI mindset with curiosity about how AI and intelligent automation are reshaping HR services, along with the ability to adapt AI solutions for day-to-day work.
• Comfort using AI tools for analysis, drafting, and ideation, with openness to evaluating AI-enabled solutions based on outcomes and responsible-AI considerations.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discovery and prioritization conversations across geographies.
• Ability to prioritize and evaluate business cases in line with global governance frameworks while remaining sensitive to local context.
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working in matrix and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Very good English skills at business-negotiation level, as English will be the working language for international stakeholder engagement.
• Confident stakeholder management capabilities across cultures, levels, and time zones.
• Strong affinity for HR and/or digital transformation topics.
• Strategic mindset with conceptual strength.
