Dental Assistant

About the Position: This position is located at 375th Medical Group at Scott AFB in Illinois. A recruitment incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Expose intra-oral and extra-oral digital dental radiographs in accordance with accepted radiation safety standards.

Pour impressions to make stone and plaster models, trim models as necessary.

Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs as required.

Chart/record in the dental health record, examination, and treatment information as relayed by the dentist.

Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and re-circulate dental instruments.
