What You'll Be Doing
As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, materials, and equipment before and after procedures.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and workplace safety.
- Assist with dental radiography and digital scanning procedures.
- Coordinate laboratory cases and ensure timely follow-up of prostheses and dental appliances.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
- Support the clinic team in maintaining efficient workflow and excellent patient experiences.
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality requirements and PDPA regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
