What You'll Be Doing

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, materials, and equipment before and after procedures.
  • Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and workplace safety.
  • Assist with dental radiography and digital scanning procedures.
  • Coordinate laboratory cases and ensure timely follow-up of prostheses and dental appliances.
  • Monitor and manage clinic inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
  • Support the clinic team in maintaining efficient workflow and excellent patient experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality requirements and PDPA regulations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
