Dental Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope includes:

  • Prepare all dental equipment
  • Assist dentist in dental treatment
  • Handle general sterilization procedure to ensure safe usage of dental equipment
  • Obtain patients' medical history and record the information for dentist's reference
  • Prepare and update dental patient records
  • Ensure all patient issues are attended to
  • Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in dental clinic setting
  • Orthodontic experience preferred
  • Processes GCE 'N' Level
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to commit 5.5day work week on office hours
