Budget:
Responsible for [Discipline Name] Discipline Budget Execution within the entity ensuring alignment with the division budget allocation and strategic priorities.
Accountable for Discipline Budget Performance within Projects: Track and analyze budget performance within projects, identifying and addressing deviations proactively.
Quotation and Workload: Lead [Discipline Name] quotation for projects, utilizing division tools and contributing to workload databases for relevant product families and maturity levels.
Investment Management: Manage [Discipline Name] investment budget, standardizing investments (equipment, licenses, etc.) with division agreements and optimizing the Systematic Rate of Return.
Resource Management: Control monthly [Discipline Name] headcount (internal/external) using division monitoring tools and implement corrective actions for deviations.
Support Operations:
