DEPUTY DIRECTOR - MCTOG

You will serve as a DEPUTY DIRECTOR - MCTOG in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.

You will serve as a key member of the MCTOG command team and provide expertise, oversight, and direction on, civilian personnel budgeting, management, and administration while directing the development of new operating procedures and/or policies.

You will participate with and/or represent the CO in conferences and meetings related to the conduct and planning of current and future MCTOG operations and missions, to include strategic budgeting, learning center activities, and manpower.

You will analyze and maintain a continuous working knowledge of emerging Marine Corps systems, management techniques, and learning concepts.

You will implement prescribed internal controls to eliminate or minimize the potential for fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, and inefficiency.

You will perform a full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties over appropriated fund civilian personnel, to include the identification and provision of any developmental or training needs.

You will be the subject matter expert primarily in the fields of staff coordination and the Ground Combat Element Operations and Tactics formal training program.
