Deputy Manager – CMBC

  • Design and maintain enterprise\-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including emergency response management.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and implement Crisis Management plans for major business disruptions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare, update, and maintain BCP/DR documentation (plans, procedures, call lists, test results, etc.).
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Plan and coordinate functional and technical continuity testing.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain DR plans for critical systems and ensure recovery sites remain updated and functional.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and update the organization\u2019s Business Continuity Policy.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mitigation strategies.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assess and report regulatory and industry requirements related to BCP/DR.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Mgmt./Engineering (preferred)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 7\u201310 years in BCP/DR program mgmt.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Business Continuity certification (preferred)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in MS Office
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong leadership & stakeholder mgmt.<\/span>
