<\/p>Deputy Manager (Government\nPartnerships)<\/span><\/b> is a key leadership position to\nmanage the Skill Education Project under the Project Management Unit in\nthe <\/span>Directorate of Education, GNCT of\nDelhi. The role involves strategic planning, government collaboration,\nlarge\-scale program execution, and team leadership to align skilling\ninitiatives with <\/span>NEP 2020 & NCF\n2023. <\/span>

<\/p>Key Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Strategic Leadership & Program\nImplementation:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Design and execute a strategic roadmap for integrating skill\n education with mainstream schooling.<\/span>
<\/li>- Drive curriculum alignment, pedagogy development, and\n capacity\-building for vocational education.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop scalable operational strategies for statewide\n skilling initiatives.<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead evidence\-based decision\-making using program data,\n research, and stakeholder feedback.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Government Relations & Partnership\nManagement:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Liaise with MoE, MoSDE, NSDC, NCVET, SSCs, and state\n departments for policy alignment.<\/span>
<\/li>- Represent LAHI in government forums, policy discussions, and\n partnership negotiations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage stakeholder communications, MoU finalization, and\n implementation planning.<\/span>
<\/li>- Stay updated on national skilling policies, NSQF, NCVET\n norms, and government schemes.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Large\-Scale Program Execution:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Oversee end\-to\-end program delivery across schools, ensuring\n quality and scalability.<\/span>
<\/li>- Establish monitoring frameworks for program fidelity and\n learning outcomes.<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead crisis management and conflict resolution in field\n operations.<\/span>

<\/p>- Build and mentor high\-performing teams, fostering accountability\n and innovation.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Minimum Qualifications & Experience \-<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 8\-10\n years in project management/consulting, with 4+ years in leadership roles<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in government collaborations, preferably in education/skilling<\/span>
<\/li>- Proven\n track record in scaling programs and managing multi\-geography operations<\/span>
<\/li>- 2+\n years in large\-scale government skilling/education projects<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity\n with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, and vocational education frameworks<\/span>
