Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales establishes, maintains, and expands relationships target customers who already have or are building a global presence. He/ She will work with Cloud, Content (OTT), Finance and Government customer accounts to influence and position Keppel Data Centres as the preferred data centre provider for their colocation requirements across geographies where Keppel Data Centres have presence. Using his/her network and prospecting skills, the Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales will develop relationships throughout target customer organizations to influence sales process.
The Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales will be responsible for closing deals with target accounts and be responsible for developing new customer pipeline in the assigned territory. The Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales works with presales engineering to qualify and deliver accurate and complete solutions. He/ she will maintain close contact with the customer throughout project delivery phases and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer success. Having a sense of urgency to help meet customer objectives and working well with cross functional team members is critical for the role.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales and is based in Singapore.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
- Qualify and lead sales opportunities using Solution Selling methods
- Negotiate new contracts, supported by legal resources
- Forecast and report on opportunities to management for planning purposes
- Create and manage Strategic Account Plans
- Promote Keppel new market expansion with clients
- Account management in the development and expansion of opportunities and reinforcing relationships with existing clients
