<\/p>- Lead\n and support Lean and Six Sigma projects at the shop\-floor level.<\/span>

<\/p>- Drive\n reduction in internal rejection, scrap, rework, and customer PPM.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support\n customer audits, PPAP, APQP, and corrective action closures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform\n root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Manufacturing Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Improve\n cycle time, yield, manpower productivity, and space utilization.<\/span>
<\/li>- Implement\n Poka\-Yoke, SPC, and basic TPM initiatives.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support\n new line setups, capacity enhancement, and process stabilization.<\/span>

<\/p>- Work\n closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering\n teams.<\/span>
