Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition (Renewable Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline initiatives, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to attract and onboard talent aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling offer management to secure qualified talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support strategic workforce planning and future hiring needs
  • Administer ATS platforms to ensure accurate recruitment data entry and generate recruitment reports and analytics for informed decision-making
  • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify insights that support recruitment strategy and business objectives
  • Drive employer branding and LinkedIn recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract top talent
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize sourcing channels and recruitment outcomes
  • Support internship, early career, and career conversion programs to develop talent pipelines and promote workforce diversity
  • Coordinate onboarding and immersion activities to improve new hire experience and accelerate integration
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and participate in ad hoc HR projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and generating recruitment reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and partners
  • Organized and analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
