Derivatives Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Derivatives Reconciliation Analyst to join operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing critical control functions across derivatives activity, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of trades, positions, cash, and collateral balances across internal systems and external counterparties.
You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end derivatives lifecycle, proactively identifying reconciliation discrepancies, driving timely resolution, and contributing to a robust control environment that supports operational excellence and risk management.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliation of derivative trades, positions, and cash across internal records and external counterparties
Perform portfolio and counterparty reconciliations using TriResolve (or similar platforms), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely break identification
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions, leveraging TriResolve outputs and internal systems, and ensuring timely escalation of aged or high-risk items
Support reconciliation activities for OTC and exchange-traded derivatives including rates, credit, equity, and FX products
Validate and monitor settlements, payments, and collateral movements related to derivatives transactions
Required Qualifications:
3-5 yrs experience
With reconciliation background and experience
Deep understanding of trade lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with reconciliation tools and platforms such as Triresolve or other similar systems
Derivatives or other finance operations background
