Job Summary
We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated veterinarian with dermatology interest to join our team. Working closely with Dr Carly Mason, our dermatologist, the individual will gain hands-on experience in managing complex dermatological cases and gain the experience of working in a multi-departmental environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Dermatologist in the assessment, diagnosis, and procedures
- Participate in review and follow-up consultations, including monitoring treatment response and documenting clinical progress
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and ongoing case management
- Support case coordination, including appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients under supervision regarding treatment plans, medication instructions
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper case documentation
- Provide general administrative and clinical support to the Dermatology department
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent and eligible for Singapore Vet Licence from Animal & Veterinary Service / NParks
- Previous experience in small animal practice is essential
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

- Fixed Term (18 Months)
- 5 Day work week (Mon - Fri) 9am to 6pm
