Design Engineer (Archi)

Job Description

• Assist the Design Manager in coordinating architectural and design activities..
• Support preparation and submission of drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities on design matters.
• Assist in maintaining BIM models and design records.
• Monitor project progress and update design schedules.
• Review subcontractor's shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance progress under supervision.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, CAD, and Photoshop.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, design coordination, or construction projects.
• Relevant internship, working-student, or project experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
